Monday night’s vigorous Vinyasa power flow yoga with Donnalynn is the perfect way to start my week. For an hour and a half, I’m challenging myself to focus on my breath, sweating and detoxing my mind and ringing out the gunk under my skin while I twist and bend into tough asanas. I couldn’t be happier.
Donnalynn began and closed class with some words from her blog, Ethereal Wellness. She spoke to exactly the moment in life I am in right now…  ”Make a life…not just a living. It never gets better until you do something about it. If you stay contented in the position you have put yourself in, then that is what you continue to receive. In essence, you are telling the universe, “oh, don’t worry about me, I do not need change. I am content here. All is good.” Life is meant to be LIVED. Truly lived and experienced and ENJOYED. There is no waiting for one day to magically appear. There is no waiting to live. The living is now. Why waste precious moments doing anything that you do not love?”

My challenge…manifesting what I love into reality.
I will make it happen.
